The RAMP program is designed to facilitate growth: talking to C level executives, understanding our service offerings and all of the strategy involved in running your own account base. Learn from a strong team for seamless transition into an Account Manager role! This program is 8 months long, rockstars could move out faster, it is up to you!  

Skills required:

• Self- motivation, a competitive spirit and a strong work ethic 
• The ability to work independently or as a team Skills Required: 
• Calls, calls, calls and emails! The confidence and ability (with training) to work through objections 
• Sales Support, handling the sales cycle when the Senior Rep is on the road. 
• Getting feedback from clients / prospects  member 
• Customer service experience is a plus 

Salary: BASE SALARY + limitless commission plan.
