Eric Berridge, Co-Founder
At the end of the dot com bubble burst Eric Berridge saw an opportunity. Layoffs, consolidations and bankruptcies raged around him. Amidst the chaos, Eric took a risky gamble and co-founded Bluewolf, which today is the world's largest leading provider of professional services for on-demand software applications. Berridge's vision to see a marketplace need for enterprise consulting services that were affordable, added measurable value and were iterative led to the birth of Bluewolf, which turned a profit in six months. Today, Bluewolf successfully works with more than 1,000 organizations to help them adopt on-demand solutions. Prior to founding Bluewolf, Berridge held various sales and management positions at The Oracle Corporation and The Interworld Corporation. He has a B.A. in Shakespearean Literature from U.C. Berkeley and an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurial Finance from New York University, and lives with his wife and three children outside of New York City.
Michael Kirven, Co-Founder
For over 15 years, Michael has expertly navigated many companies through complex technology implementations. Michael is focused on coaching these companies to implement software better, faster, and more economically, as well as building effective internal models for the long-term support of mission critical applications. Michael is also committed to and passionate about the development of the Bluewolf Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to awarding college scholarships to New York City public school students pursuing careers in technology. Michael received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Georgia. He lives with his wife Emily and two children, Johnny and Eve, in Brooklyn, New York.

Mr. Couture leads the cloud computing initiatives for clients within the Bluewolf family. A published thought leader, he has more than 20 years experience leading enterprise Information Technology Organizations through their evolution from technology to information centric models. He is a past winner of the IW 500 for thought leadership and has sat on many IT advisory boards helping firms assemble strategies for future growth. Prior to joining Bluewolf, Mr. Couture held CIO positions in the Healthcare, Manufacturing and Telecom industries. He holds an MBA from SNHU and BS degrees in Management and International Finance from Franklin Pierce College. He lives in NH with his wife and three children.

For the past 15 years Lou Fox has been assisting Fortune 1000 companies in growing their businesses by leveraging web based solutions. During the web 1.0 phase Fox worked with companies like Guess, Disney, Toys R Us, and Nike to build their eCommerce initiatives. For past 6 years Lou Fox has been the CTO of Bluewolf and has leveraged the collaborative and agile nature of web 2.0 to bring award-winning consulting and on-demand product solutions that streamline front and back office business processes for over 1000 companies of all sizes including: ADP, Dow Jones, Hartford Insurance, Dupont, New York Times, Hartford Insurance.

Randy Rodriguez, Managing Director - Financial Services and Banking
Randy Rodriguez joined Bluewolf in 2007 as the Managing Director - Central U.S. with domain expertise in Commercial Banking. Randy Rodriguez brings experience in financial sales and marketing functions, in particular mortgage, automotive leasing, banking and real estate industries. Mr. Rodriguez was Vice President - GMAC ResCap as well as Senior Vice President, GMAC Home Services, where he was responsible for the strategic design and sales execution of mortgage, home equity and real estate products. Randy guided GMAC's entry into the SaaS market over a 4 year period to build an integrated multi-channel homeownership solutions aimed at 10 million affinity customers. Randy's banking experience was built upon 7 years spent in banking regulation with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis and subsequently as Vice President - Regulatory Affairs - US Mutual Financial Corp.
