I was a systems analyst at Ashland Inc. for 12 years prior to joining The Pack in April 2010. For the last 6 years, I have been providing SFDC support, configuration, and project management services for Ashland Inc. and drinking the Cloud Kool-Aid. My favorite part of working with clients is those moments when they begin to realize the value and potential of a solution that I helped to design or deliver. I am a salesforce.com Certified Administrator and Implementation Consultant.

I started my career working as a CRM consultant on an Enterprise Siebel implementation at JPM Chase with their Investment Banking, Private Banking and Institutional Banking divisions. After working several years learning the limitations of successfully implementing large scale CRM solutions using a "Waterfall" methodology, I co-founded OKERE, INC with a focus on creating an agile implementation methodology with a goal of delivering successful crm implementation for their customers based on implementing quick wins to ensure high user adoption.

I am a idea-driven problem solver looking to make my mark on the world as a Bluewolf ABE. I strive to explore the unknown, accomplish the unexpected, and understand the incomprehensible. As an engineering graduate of both the University of Southern California and the Johns Hopkins University, my experiences have ranged from crabcakes and lacrosse to research labs and proccess optimization. I finally made it home to my beloved Bay Area after cycling 4,000 miles across the country from Baltimore to San Francisco--and learned that, as people, we really can do anything we put our minds to.

I graduated from the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia, with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, focusing on Software Development. My professional experience ranges from traditional software development, to technical solution design, to business analyst and project management responsibilities. As Director of the Bluewolf Beyond program for Salesforce.com, I am responsible for managing the fastest growing program in Bluewolf's history.

I have been working with Salesforce.com for 3 years and am a certified Salesforce.com consultant. I started off as a Java developer and went on to gain some experience in Apex coding and basic visualforce. Now working on the Bluewolf Beyond team, I am working with clients on projects to continually innovate change and bring value to Bluewolf clients.

I graduated from Murray State University with a BS in CIS in 2009. Since then I have been working with Digital Signage and BigMachines. I have been BigMachines Yellow Belt certified as well as BIF certified. What I love best about working with clients is the ability to learn and develop and being able to make the customer tell me "This is exactly what I wanted and more!"

I recently graduated from Skidmore College with a B.A. in English and History. I am an entrepreneur at heart, with a competitive drive and passion. As an English major one would think I would have found my way towards the literary world. With my animated personality, the opportunity to interact with my clients on a daily basis as an Account Manager was the best choice for me!
