Over the last four years with Bluewolf I have had the opportunity to wear many hats, from vision and solutioning to configuration, custom development, data cleansing and migration straight through to training. While I still love solving problems in the Force.com platform, my most recent metamorphosis has me interacting with Salesforce in a much different way - managing opportunities. While I love the more social aspects of the role, I do still tend to indulge my urges on the whiteboard - so be prepared for an interactive session.

I've been an enthusiastic early adopter of the cloud computing model as a Salesforce user for more than a decade. Through the years I've served a variety of in-house and consultant roles at salesforce.com within Sales, Services, and Marketing. A couple projects included building a force.com-native internal application for use across a global division within the company, and creating more than one-third of the apps for the launch of the AppExchange. I'm also a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator and co-author of “Salesforce.com For Dummies”.

After a brief stint in acting during my late teens, I left the bright lights of Hollywood for the hippies at UC Berkeley. I recently graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a major in Interdisciplinary Studies, with an emphasis on International Women’s Health and Development, and a minor in Public Policy. After experiencing many different internships in many different cities, I am very excited to be in San Francisco working with Bluewolf as an Agile Business Associate.

I've been working in the IT implementation space for 10 years and really enjoy the process of bringing clients into new technology. I started working on Salesforce CRM at Salesforce in 2006.

Born and raised in Oakland, I made a short trip to Berkeley to pursue degrees in Media Studies and French. During my four years at UC Berkley I worked on campus as an Aquatics Coordinator, Tour Guide, Event Manager and Marketing Intern.

I graduated in Medical Biotechnologies from the University of Bologna, in Italy, where I grew up. I have also lived in The Netherlands and the UK, meeting people from all backgrounds and cultures. Prior to Bluewolf, I have worked in real estate and in cancer research.

I was born in Guatemala but raised in Redwood City, California and am graduate of UC Berkeley in Environmental Economics and Policy. As an undergraduate I immersed myself a curriculum with an emphasis in entrepreneurship, innovation and business management. During my senior year I taught a class at Cal on Innovation Management and directed a start up pitch event as part of an internship with a private investment group focusing on seed stage companies.

I graduated from Binghamton University with a BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering. I began my career at a prominent international construction logistics firm, where I eventually took over project management for internal IT infrastructure. About three years later I came to know about Bluewolf and was instantly infatuated!

I am a professional who has acquired a passion for Salesforce after being an administrator for a FTSE 100 company. I am focused and driven with a strong work ethic coupled with excellent customer service skills.
